Physiotherapist

Kanda is seeking a passionate and client-focused Physiotherapist to join our team in Melbourne. This role supports clients to improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life within their own homes and community.

Your role

Conduct client assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation programs
Support clients to improve mobility and independence in daily activities
Complete home safety assessments and recommend equipment where needed
Train and support staff, carers, and clients on safe mobility and equipment use
Maintain and review client care plans
Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare professionals
Provide guidance and support to care staff
Complete accurate documentation and coordinate services

What we are looking for

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with no conditions
Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Accountable, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development
