Service Manager

Kanda is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll lead a team of frontline support workers and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support to our participants, ensuring their needs are met while upholding legislative and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontline support workers
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with NDIS & other legislative requirements
  • Develop and implement service improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with participants, families, support workers, and external stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, funding utilisation, and rostering of support services
  • Complete mandatory reporting and administrative tasks

About You
  • Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in service management or team leadership
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent problem-solving and administrative abilities
  • Understanding of confidentiality, risk management, and NDIS standards
  • Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check & unrestricted Driver’s Licence (or willing to obtain)
