Rostering Officer

Kanda is seeking a highly organised and proactive Rostering Officer to join our team full-time in Underdale, SA. This role supports the coordination of accurate and efficient staff rosters, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver quality services.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and manage staff rosters across programs
Allocate shifts and respond to unplanned leave or last-minute changes
Process staff availability, leave requests, and roster adjustments
Review and support timesheet accuracy for payroll processing
Monitor compliance with SCHADS Award and fatigue management guidelines
Communicate effectively with staff and internal stakeholders regarding rosters

About You

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using rostering systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
