Finance Officer

Kanda is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our Finance Team full-time in Bundaberg, QLD. This role supports accurate financial processing across our business units, ensuring timely reporting, strong compliance, and smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and accurate data entry
Maintain and update client records across systems
Support debtor management and reporting
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations with accurate coding
Assist with budget funding requests and cost centre/GL allocations
Provide general finance administration support
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the organisation

About You

Experience in finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or billing roles
Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn new platforms quickly
Strong problem-solving skills in a compliance-focused environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
