What You’ll Be Doing - Conducting comprehensive functional assessments
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing person-centred PBSPs
- Collaborating with families, support workers, coordinators, and allied health professionals
- Providing training, coaching, and practical guidance to support teams
- Maintaining high-quality documentation that meets NDIS and Commission requirements
We’re Looking For Someone Who: - Is a suitable approved Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission
- Holds a relevant qualification (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Allied Health or similar) or studying towards
- Has strong report writing and critical thinking skills
- Has excellent communication, time management and people skills
- Holds a driver’s licence and can travel locally as needed
