Learning & Development Coordinator

Kanda is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging training programs and build capability across our growing organisation. This full-time, Brisbane-based role focuses on coordinating learning initiatives, supporting onboarding, and driving a strong learning culture across the business.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Kanda’s learning calendar, including scheduling, communications, materials, and post-session evaluation.
  • Manage Kanda’s Mandatory Training Matrix, including course assignments and updates, ensuring content remains current and compliant.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding and induction resources.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan, design, and coordinate L&D initiatives aligned to service delivery and improvement objectives.
  • Research and recommend learning and development solutions to meet business needs.
  • Produce regular reports on L&D metrics.

  About You
  • Experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a similar coordination role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Current valid Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
