Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for corporate and support staff in line with relevant awards
  • Process pay advances, WorkCover and parental leave payments as required
  • Prepare documentation for PAYG and superannuation payments
  • Reconcile wages, super, PAYG and related payroll accounts
  • Respond to employee payroll queries, including leave
  • Complete employment confirmations and checks
  • Calculate and process termination payments
  • Support end-of-month reporting
  • Assist with general finance and administrative tasks as needed

About You
  • Extensive high volume payroll processing experience 
  • Demonstrated experience using MYOB
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web-based applications
  • Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
  • Highly proactive, accurate and detail orientated, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Hold or willing to obtain: Working with children check (blue card)
