Service Coordinator

Kanda is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to deliver high-quality in-home care and lead a dedicated non-clinical team. This hands-on role focuses on rostering, operational oversight, and ensuring client services are delivered safely to help clients remain living independently at home.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support field staff to deliver safe, client-focused non-clinical care
  • Manage rostering, shift allocations, and cancellations efficiently
  • Ensure daily client visits are completed and documented accurately
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and families
  • Monitor quality, safety, and compliance, escalating concerns as needed
  • Mentor staff and promote professional standards and safe work practices
  • Maintain accurate records to meet legislative, NDIS, and audit requirements

  About You
  • Experience in community, aged, or disability care coordination
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Empathetic and client-focused, with the ability to mentor staff
  • Current valid Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
