Support Worker

We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team in East Melbourne, covering Box Hill, Mitcham, Ringwood, Templestowe and surrounding areas.

About the Role
As a Support Worker with Kanda, you’ll provide tailored support to clients in SIL settings, helping them build skills, stay connected, and enjoy everyday life. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team, delivering reliable, professional and person-centred care.  

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing daily living and personal care support as required
  • Supporting routines, independence and wellbeing
  • Assisting with community access and appointments
  • Implementing care plans using trauma-informed and person-centred approaches
  • Working collaboratively with team members and documenting support provided
Shifts Available
  • Morning / afternoon / sleepover shifts
  • Flexible but consistent roster
  • Paid buddy shifts and structured training

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
  • Experience supporting individuals in SIL, mental health or complex care environments
