We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team in Bayside / Inner South Melbourne, covering
Albert Park, Brighton, Ellwood, Hampton, Mentone, Middle Park, St Kilda and surrounding suburbs.
About the Role As a Support Worker with Kanda, you’ll provide tailored support to clients in SIL and community settings, helping them build skills, stay engaged, and enjoy everyday life. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, delivering professional, reliable and person‑centred care.
Key Responsibilities - Providing daily living and personal care support as required
- Supporting routines, independence, and wellbeing
- Assisting with community access, appointments, and social participation
- Implementing care plans using trauma-informed, person-centred approaches
- Collaborating with team members and documenting support provided
Shifts Available - Morning, afternoon and sleepover shifts
- Flexible but consistent roster
- Paid buddy shifts and structured training provided

Requirements • Valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
• Experience supporting individuals in SIL, mental healthor complex care environments
