Support Worker

We are currently seeking Support Workers to join our team in Inner Melbourne, covering areas including Carlton, Fitzroy, Richmond, South Yarra and surrounding suburbs. You will be supporting clients with SIL support needs, including mental health and behaviours of concern.

  
About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide individualised, person-centred support in SIL and community settings. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, delivering consistent care while maintaining professionalism and strong boundaries.
  
Key responsibilities may include:
  • Providing daily living and personal care support as required
  • Supporting routines, independence and wellbeing
  • Assisting with community access and appointments
  • Implementing care plans using trauma-informed and person-centred approaches
  • Working collaboratively with team members and documenting support provided
  
Shifts Available
  • Morning / afternoon / sleepover shifts
  • Consistent shifts
  • Immediate start / paid buddy shifts / training provided

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
  • Experience supporting individuals in SIL, mental health or behaviours of concern
