Business Development Manager

All Plan Management is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join the team and support the growth of our organisation. This full-time role, based in Melbourne, focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening community and referral relationships, and expanding our presence across the NDIS sector.

This role is key to ensuring NDIS participants, families, and stakeholders can access high-quality, participant-centred Plan Management services that support choice, control, and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the NDIS sector
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organisational growth objectives.
  • Establish a strong pipeline of participants, referrers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with participants, families, support coordinators and service providers.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, expos, and community forums to promote services and strengthen brand presence.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and business development outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards while maintaining accurate, audit-ready CRM data.
About You
  • Demonstrated business development experience within the NDIS sector.
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS legislation, guidelines and best practice.
  • Proven success in sales, lead generation and conversion.
  • Understanding of community event and venue management.
  • High-level communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability across diverse communities and professional groups.
  • Results-driven, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel within Victoria and interstate as required.
