We are currently looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our team in
Jindabyne, supporting clients with daily living and community-based support needs.
About the Role In this role, you’ll provide individualised, person-centred support in a home setting, delivering consistent care while maintaining professionalism and strong boundaries.
Key responsibilities may include: - Supporting daily routines, independence and overall wellbeing
- Assisting with community access, outings and appointments
- Encouraging social participation and confidence-building activities
- Supporting skill development related to independent living
- Working collaboratively with team members and documenting support provided

Requirements: - Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
