Come for the work-life balance. Stay for the people.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner who wants to do meaningful work without burning out. If you’re passionate about Positive Behaviour Support, value autonomy and teamwork, and want to feel genuinely supported, we think you’ll fit right in.
Working flexibly across Brisbane - Ipswich, Capalaba, or Beenleigh, with clinic/office, WFH and hybrid options available.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • Supportive, knowledgeable team (good team, no egos)
  • Established participant caseload ready for you to step into, plus room to grow
  • Excellent remuneration that reflects your experience and value
  • Bonus incentives and employee benefits
  • Real flexibility – part-time or full-time, hybrid model
  • Strong admin and leadership support so you can focus on clinical work
  • Professional development that actually means something (supervision, training, career progression)
  • A team culture that is warm, collaborative, and human
We like to do things properly, but we also like to enjoy our work and support each other while we do it.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Completing comprehensive functional assessments
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing person-centred PBSPs
  • Supporting participants with complex needs, including restrictive practice considerations
  • Collaborating with families, support workers, coordinators, medical, and allied health professionals
  • Providing training, coaching, and practical guidance to support teams
  • Maintaining high-quality documentation that meets NDIS and Commission requirements
  • Contributing to a positive, reflective, and evidence-based team culture.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Is a suitable approved Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission (Core / Proficient / Advanced welcomed)
  • Holds tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Education, or a related field
  • Has strong report writing and critical thinking skills
  • Is compassionate, curious, and grounded in positive behaviour support
  • Can work independently but values being part of a team
  • Holds a driver’s licence and can travel locally as needed

The Vibe
We’re a team that:
  • Shares knowledge freely
  • Backs each other clinically and personally
  • Celebrates wins (big and small)
  • Values ethical, least-restrictive, participant-centred practice
We’re not looking for “just another practitioner”, we’re looking for a teammate.
