Support Worker AB

Your role
You’ll provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to help clients progress in their recovery by:
  • Supporting clients at home and in the community
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, cognitive stimulation, and behaviour support
  • Encouraging independence and skill development
  • Working closely with families, allied health professionals, and clinical teams
  • Maintaining accurate and professional care documentation
What you’ll need
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability across a variety of shifts, including sleepovers
