Support Worker

Your role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will:
  • Support people with disabilities in their homes and the community
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, manual handling, positive behaviour support and routines
  • Support clients to attend appointments and community activities
  • Encourage independence, confidence and social connection
  • Work collaboratively within a respectful and inclusive team
What you’ll need
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability across a variety of shifts, including sleepovers
Experience in disability, aged care, mental health or community services is highly regarded but not essential.
