Support Worker

We are currently seeking Support Workers to assist in the North East Melbourne region. In this role, you will:
  • Provide direct care and 1:1 support
  • Assist with community access, including appointments, shopping, and outings
  • Support with domestic tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds, and meal preparation
  • Assist with routines, organisation, and cognitive support where required
  • Monitor and document client progress and care provided
  • Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure consistent, person-centred support

Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
  • Valid unrestricted drivers licence  
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
  • Experience supporting people with complex physical or cognitive needs
  • Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care etc.
