Support Worker

We are currently seeking Support Workers to assist in the North East Melbourne region. In this role, you will:

Provide direct care and 1:1 support
Assist with community access, including appointments, shopping, and outings
Support with domestic tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds, and meal preparation
Assist with routines, organisation, and cognitive support where required
Monitor and document client progress and care provided
Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure consistent, person-centred support

Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
Valid unrestricted drivers licence
Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
Experience supporting people with complex physical or cognitive needs
Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care etc.
