Support Worker

We are currently expanding our team across the North and Western Sydney region, supporting participants located in Blacktown, West Pennant Hills, Riverstone, Mount Vernon and St Marys. In this role, you will:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities
  • Assist with safe transport, including supporting participants who use manual wheelchairs
  • Monitor and document client progress and care provided
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care

Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
  • Valid unrestricted drivers licence  
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings
  • Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care etc.
