Contract Rostering Officer - Bundaberg

Kanda is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Rostering Officer to join our team. This full-time role, based in Bundaberg or Brisbane, is responsible for coordinating client rosters, managing daily scheduling tasks, and preparing timesheets for payroll and client claiming. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient workforce coordination and seamless service delivery across our programs

Key responsibilities
  • Roster & Client Management: Effectively use the Rostering and Client Management systems to create client contracts, import rosters, and verify, match, and query information and data interactions.
  • Shift Coordination: Manage shift variations, contingencies, and irregular hours, alongside the completion of daily tasks and timesheet processing.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Control: Exercise general quality control on contracts-related data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Administration & Support: Complete general administrative duties and tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the team and service delivery.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure processes run efficiently across departments.
  
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Community Services industry
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, including the SCHADS Award, and NDIS Price Arrangements/Limits.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other web-based systems.
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold or willing to obtain: Blue Card for Working with Children
