Support Worker

What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide person-centered support to clients, including assistance with personal caremanual handling, and managing challenging behaviours.
  • Assist clients to attend appointments and engage in community activities
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion
  • Work collaboratively within a respectful, caring team

What We’re Looking For:
  • Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability for various shifts, including sleepovers
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or mental health is highly regarded
