Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Ipswich to join our supportive, nationally dispersed team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in our organisation’s growth by delivering end-to-end recruitment. You’ll partner with leaders to attract and secure great talent — with a focus on the full recruitment lifecycle.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and facilitating onboarding processes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent across diverse roles and locations.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Facilitate pre-employment activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a highly administrative role.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • An attitude focused on teamwork, collaboration and finding the best talent.
  • Great customer service skills – both over the phone and in person.
  • Must be eligible to apply for and hold Working with Children Blue Card.
