We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Team Leader to oversee operations within a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home supporting clients with
high health care needs and complex support requirements.
About the Role As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead a team of support workers, coordinate daily operations, and maintain compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities - Provide leadership and guidance to support staff within the SDA home
- Oversee and coordinate complex care plans tailored to individual client needs
- Ensure compliance with NDIS requirements and relevant legislation
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture focused on client outcomes
About You - Previous experience in the NDIS sector, preferably in SDA or high-complexity environments
- Strong understanding of complex health care needs and behaviour support
- Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing client needs
