- Lead the team, promoting a positive culture focused on quality care.
- Serve as a positive role model to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters resilience and positive outcomes for children.
- Ensure timely completion of all team documentation.
- Organise and lead team meetings, including training new members through shadow shifts.
- Delegate tasks and complete shift work, including overnight stays, as needed.
- Provide compassionate and person-centred support to young people with diverse needs and abilities.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment contributing to growth and development.
- Empower individuals to build essential life skills and promote independence.
- Use daily routines to provide hands on training for life skills such as cooking, personal care and budgeting.
