People & Culture Officer

What You’ll Do
  • Support People & Culture team – from policies, records, and customer service to staff surveys and data entry
  • Be the go-to for P&C administration - managing shared inbox, assisting with employee enquiries and follow ups
  • Assist P&C team with investigations, and performance matters under guidance
  • Help drive a safe, respectful, and compliant workplace
About You
  • Administration whiz with a keen interest in HR (HR qualification desirable)
  • Strong communicator with great attention to detail and emotional intelligence
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Holds (or willing to obtain) Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening & driver’s licence
  • Proactive, organised, and thrives both independently and in a team
