Support Families to Thrive – Family Support Practitioner
  • Provide intensive family support tailored to the needs of children, young people, and their families
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including parenting strategies and practical life skills coaching
  • Support families to access community resources, education, and employment pathways
  • Conduct home visits and engage in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes
  • Work alongside Child Safety and other government and community stakeholders to deliver wrap-around support
  • Complete documentation and case notes in line with legislative and organisational requirements
  • Experience with frameworks such as Circle of Security, Parents under Pressure, Safe and Together, and Shark Cage is desired, but not required.
