Our client is an established platform business in the property sector that's doing something most companies only talk about: a full ground-up, greenfield rebuild of their core product, AI-first from day one, on a modern cloud stack. Not a bolt-on chatbot. New product, new ways of working, built for how software gets shipped in 2026.

They need a Product leader to own it.

What you'll actually do
You'll set the product strategy and roadmap from scratch. What gets built, in what order, and why, that's yours to define and defend. This is a rare chance to stamp your name on a product rather than inherit someone else's decisions.

You'll lead a product team of PMs and BAs, backed by an engineering group of around 40, and partner closely with the Head of Engineering who genuinely wants a counterpart. Think shared quarterly planning, honest prioritisation calls, balancing customer initiatives against platform health, not turf wars.

And this isn't a lab project. The existing platform is live, earning, and still winning big clients, so you'll balance the rebuild with keeping a real product moving. Once the new platform lands, mobile is next.

Who this suits
A proper product leader with scale-up miles on the clock. You've built roadmaps that survived contact with reality, written requirements sharp enough that engineering could run with them, and grown PMs into better PMs.

The non-negotiable: you're AI-native. Not "open to it", already doing it. The product team here uses AI daily to brainstorm, refine ideas and produce detailed briefs, and they're building the workflows and knowledge systems to go faster. If that excites you rather than threatens you, keep reading.

Real estate, proptech or strata experience is a genuine bonus, but it's not the entry ticket. Strong product craft matters more, the domain can be learned.
