About The Role We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing digital product team responsible for a large-scale customer platform encompassing bookings, loyalty, rewards and transactional services. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and business stakeholders to define requirements, support delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced Agile environment, working across multiple stakeholder groups and managing complex digital customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage and refine product backlog items
- Support delivery of digital enhancements and new initiatives
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout delivery
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners
- Support platform operations, incident management and issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement across customer experiences and platform capability
Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital product or platform environments
- Strong Agile delivery experience
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
- Exposure to APIs, integrations or complex digital ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within customer-facing digital products highly regarded
- Experience across loyalty, travel, retail, banking or transactional platforms viewed favourably
