The Role: Director of Product
This is a rare opportunity to step into a Director of Product role with genuine organisational weight. Digital customer experience is at the heart of everything this business does and this role owns it.

You'll lead 3-4 Product Leads who collectively work across teams of 70-80 engineers and designers, shaping both the product direction and the capability of the people delivering it.

The business is well-capitalised and investing seriously - which means real autonomy to experiment, build, and raise the bar on what great digital experience looks like. AI is already part of the workflow and will only grow; expect to be hands-on in how intelligent systems get embedded into both how the team operates and what customers experience.

What we're looking for

Senior product leadership experience at scale (minimum 5 years as a Head of Product/ equivalent). You've led teams, developed PMs, and installed good product practice, not just shipped features.
A commercial mind with consumer product instincts - you understand how product decisions connect to revenue, retention, and customer experience, and you speak both languages fluently.
Proven ability to navigate complex, opinionated stakeholders - you listen, translate, and push back with confidence when it counts.
A track record of setting strategic direction and bringing a large organisation along with you - vision without execution isn't enough here.
Genuine curiosity about AI - not just as a product feature, but as a shift in how teams work and how great digital experiences get built.
