About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company to find two Senior Engineers to join their expanding AI team. This business has a large, established customer base in a regulated professional-services sector and is investing heavily in building AI-native features directly into their core product.

These roles sit at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI. You'll be a core builder – designing, shipping, and supporting AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent features used by thousands of professionals every day. This is not a research role; everything you build goes into production.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Full stack software development in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks) and Node.js.
  • Design, build and maintain AI agents and LLM-powered features from architecture through to production support
  • Monitor and optimise AI systems in production – managing performance, cost, latency and reliability
  • Lead code reviews, contribute to technical decision-making and mentor other engineers in the team
  • Collaborate with Product, Design and QA to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Evaluate emerging AI models and frameworks, and recommend improvements that lift product capability
What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years' experience as a Senior Software Engineer in a cloud-based SaaS environment
  • Proven experience building and shipping AI agents, LLM-powered features or AI-enabled products into production
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks) and Node.js skills
  • Solid understanding of AI system fundamentals – evaluations, observability, failure modes, cost and latency trade-offs
  • Hands-on AWS experience and strong working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead code reviews at a senior level
Highly Desirable
  • Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures or agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Vercel AI SDK)
  • Familiarity with multiple LLM providers – OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, HuggingFace
  • Background in regulated-industry SaaS organisations.
