This is one of the most influential architecture opportunities in Australia today. You will set the architectural vision for one of the country’s most advanced engineering divisions and play a pivotal role in evolving a modern, customer-scale digital platform with over 50 million users.

I’m partnering with a market-leading organisation that is quietly building one of the most sophisticated software platforms in the country. The company is already profitable, well-funded and established, but it still runs with the pace and ambition of a high-growth product company. Their platform sits at the centre of their digital business, and they’re now looking for a senior architecture leader to drive alignment across engineering and product teams as they scale into the next chapter of growth.

If you're someone who thrives on architecting at scale in fast-paced, product-led SaaS environments, this role gives you real influence where it counts, without the red tape. You bring the ability to zoom out and set long-term strategic direction, while also zooming in to distil complex decisions into clear, actionable outcomes. You will report directly to the C-suite and operate within high-trust environments where technical depth, pragmatism, and clarity are paramount. You will influence Engineering Managers, Principals, and senior engineers, shaping the engineering culture across large, modern organisations.
