The Opportunity
As a Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high-impact internal platform that underpins critical operational workflows across the organisation.
The platform is established, in active use, and entering a new phase of maturity.

The focus is on simplifying complex processes, automating repeatable work, and enabling the business to scale efficiently.

You’ll own one product stream within a broader platform team, working closely with senior product, engineering, and operations leaders to improve product clarity, delivery outcomes, and long-term scalability.

This role suits someone who enjoys shaping products within constraints balancing strategic direction with hands-on product decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Own a core product area within an internal digital operations platform
• Lead product discovery, prioritisation, and outcome definition
• Shape operational workflows before they are automated
• Partner closely with engineering and delivery leaders to align on priorities and trade-offs
• Influence senior stakeholders and push back to protect product quality
• Guide requirements and user stories without being buried in delivery mechanics
• Operate confidently in a regulated or complex environment
• Take clear ownership of initiatives and outcomes

What We’re Looking For
• Experience as a Product Manager on internal platforms, workflow tools, or operational systems
• Strong product judgement in constrained or regulated settings
• Comfortable working with engineers and technical systems
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders without authority
• Able to simplify complex problems into scalable solutions
• Calm, pragmatic, and outcome-focused
