Account Executive (Strata)

Business Development Manager | PropTech Scale-Up (Strata & Existing Assets) This is a confidential opportunity to join a high-growth PropTech innovator as they launch a dedicated business unit. While our client has historically dominated the "new build" market, this role marks a strategic expansion into the established Strata sector. You will be selling a "necessity" solution—a platform that buildings truly require to function efficiently, rather than just an optional luxury.


The Opportunity: Our client has built a dominant reputation in the new development space, with 90% of their success currently coming from new builds. They are now pivoting to capture the massive "existing asset" market. This isn't a cold start; you will be supported by a powerhouse partnership with a major national energy provider, giving you warm access to a portfolio of 400,000 existing lots.

This role is more "Enterprise" in scale but remains a direct, solution-based sell. You will be the face of this new business unit, working closely with partner sales teams to convert pipeline.

What You’ll Do
  • Market Expansion: Lead the charge into the strata and existing building sector, moving beyond the "new build" niche.
  • Relationship Management: Leverage 10–15 existing high-level relationships with major strata management firms.
  • Strategic Sales: Navigate a close-knit community of diverse personality types, acting as a "social chameleon" to build trust across the industry.
  • Partnership Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with a major utility partner's inside sales team to capitalize on a massive, pre-existing database.
  • Full Cycle Ownership: Manage everything from initial prospecting to closing, with the autonomy to help shape the sales process for this new division.
About You We are looking for a high-energy, proactive sales professional who can balance corporate polish with genuine relatability.
  • Industry Experience: You have a background in property, residential real estate, or selling software into strata and facilities managers.
  • Adaptive Style: You are a "social chameleon" who can hold court with C-suite executives and building managers alike.
  • Growth Mindset: You are excited by the prospect of a "greenfield" role where KPIs are still being finalized and the roadmap is evolving.
