Digital Operations Manager - Sydney - Hybrid working

We’re working with a well-established, growth-focused business in the
consumer & wholesale space, looking for a
Digital Operations Manager to lead systems, digital platforms, and operational technology across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role focused on improving efficiency, modernising systems, and supporting scale through better use of technology.
About The Role
You’ll take ownership of business-critical systems and digital platforms, with an immediate priority on leading a
Cin7 (DEAR) and HubSpot integration. Working closely with operations, sales, marketing, and external partners, you’ll ensure systems are practical, scalable, and embedded into day-to-day workflows.

Key Responsibilities - Lead Cin7 (DEAR) and HubSpot integration and ongoing system optimisation
- Improve operational and warehouse workflows through smarter system use
- Own website performance and support the move toward a B2B digital ordering platform
- Manage IT infrastructure, cloud transition, hardware, and vendors
- Oversee IT security, data protection, and backups
- Deliver ongoing systems training across the business
- Develop management reporting and operational insights
About You - 5+ years’ experience in a Digital Operations / Systems / IT role
- Strong experience with Cin7 (DEAR) and HubSpot or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and IT security
- Proven ability to lead system integrations and business-wide change
- Hands-on, practical, and confident working with non-technical stakeholders
