What you’ll do

• Design and deliver AI-first features for a real product
• Build agentic systems and RAG pipelines that work at scale
• Own system performance, reliability and user impact
• Ship fast, iterate fast and work directly with founders on product direction

What we’re looking for

• Heavy Python engineering background
• Ideally have experienced a start-up culture
• Proven experience building consumer-facing features or products
• GCP and Kubernetes experience
• Strong capability in RAG architecture and agentic frameworks
• Someone who can turn an idea into a working feature in days, not months
