Field Marketer
The Associate Field Marketer works closely with the lead field marketer to support the development, implementation and reporting of the field marketing strategies that align with local market goals. This will include supporting the execution of local events and global campaigns by developing local plans to support middle and bottom of funnel pipeline progression. 
Responsibilities:
Event Management : 
  • Together with the lead field marketer plan and execute marketing events in person or virtually such as client roundtables, Thoughtworks conferences, industry events, webinars, and client events. 
  • Manage all aspects of event execution including content, list creation, design requests, venue and vendor management
  
Regional Campaign Implementation: 
  • Collaborate with field marketing colleagues and the global campaign center team to localize and execute global marketing campaigns effectively within your region.
  • Tailor messaging and positioning of campaigns to fit the local market's nuances.
  • Demonstrate comfort and/or a keen interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign strategy and execution.
  
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Support the implementation of campaigns to activate and engage new and existing clients.
  • This includes creating campaign web pages (AEM), managing lists (CRM), writing social media copy, briefing designers, etc.
  • Support the measuring and reporting on the success of field marketing activities, ensuring all activities are tracked in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  
What you should bring to the role:
  • 2-4 years of experience working on integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in the technology sector
  • Experience managing multiple projects and being responsive to change
  • Share valuable insights and suggestions to help improve marketing campaigns
  • Experience running in-person and online events
  • The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
