We’re working with a market leader in aged care technology, whose cloud-based platform underpins the daily operations of hundreds of providers across Australia. Their software brings together clinical, operational, and financial management into a single, integrated system - giving providers the visibility they need to deliver safer care, meet compliance requirements, and run more efficient facilities.

As they continue to scale, the business is expanding its account management function - and we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow relationships across a portfolio of key enterprise and mid-market clients.

This is a quota-carrying role that combines commercial ownership with long-term partnership. You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, managing around 50-60 customers (typically on 3–5 year contracts) with a focus on both renewals and expansion.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a portfolio of aged care providers using the platform for clinical, workforce, and compliance management.

Lead renewal and expansion conversations across multi-site customers, driving net retention and growth.

Partner with executives, clinical leaders, and IT stakeholders to ensure the technology is fully embedded and delivering measurable value.

Identify opportunities for upsell across modules such as care planning, quality management, workforce rostering, and business analytics.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, and customer success teams to optimise adoption and satisfaction.

Contribute customer insights that inform product development and commercial strategy.

What You’ll Bring:

5–10+ years’ experience in Account Management or Customer Growth, ideally within health tech, aged care, or complex SaaS environments.

Proven success managing enterprise or multi-site portfolios with large ARR values.

Strong commercial acumen - comfortable managing renewal cycles and driving expansion.

Confidence engaging at both clinical and executive levels, including CEOs, CIOs, and Directors of Care.

A relationship-led approach: you understand how to navigate complex accounts and build trust over time.

Openness to limited travel (monthly or quarterly) to meet key clients face-to-face.
