We’re working with a leading Australian healthtech company that helps connect patients and healthcare providers through innovative SaaS solutions. They’re expanding their product team and looking for someone who can bring clarity, structure, and pace to a suite of products used by thousands of clinics and patients nationwide.

What you’ll do
  • Own the roadmap and delivery of core SaaS products that power healthcare operations.
  • Lead sprint planning and prioritisation in close collaboration with engineering.
  • Translate business and clinical needs into clear, actionable product initiatives.
  • Partner with customer success and product leadership to turn feedback into meaningful product improvements.
  • Simplify complex workflows and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Keep multiple workstreams aligned and moving toward outcomes that improve patient and provider experiences.
What you’ll bring
  • 3–7 years of experience in SaaS product management or product ownership.
  • Proven track record delivering in agile, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering and customer-facing teams.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on mindset with comfort digging into details and delivery.
  • Data-driven approach to prioritisation and problem-solving (SQL experience is a plus).
  • Clear communication, empathy for users, and a focus on outcomes over process.
