Aged care nurse looking for industry change - Implementation Consultant

About the role itself:  

You’ll be joining a national implementation team responsible for helping care providers adopt and embed a leading care management solution. Acting as both a project manager and relationship lead, you’ll own the customer journey from post kick-off, through to go-live, ensuring each client feels supported, informed, and confident to hit the ground running. 
You’ll typically manage 3-4 implementation projects at a time, blending remote everyday work with occasional site visits (2–3 per month) for hands on training and relationship development. 
  
What your day to day would look like 
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the implementation phase, serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams 
  • Lead multiple implementations concurrently (typically 3–4 projects over 3+ months each) 
  • Deliver engaging remote and on site training for clinical and operational staff 
  • Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups 
  • Handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring trust and accountability 
     
And a bit about YOU: 
  • Nursing qualification or clinical management/administration experience  
  • Background in aged care, home care, or community health sectors is highly regarded 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Professional, friendly, and proactive approach with a genuine desire to help others 
  • Exposure to software implementations or clinical systems is a nice to have (if not, training will be provided provided)
