Are you an Electrician who gets a little misty-eyed seeing a neat cable run? Do you secretly judge your mate’s solar panel alignment?
Well, clear your schedule... because this isn’t just a job. It’s your shot at workplace fame (and maybe, finally, some good coffee).
You’ll join a WA crew transforming boring old sea containers into state-of-the-art, zero-emission site offices, crib rooms and ablutions. Forget the usual grind. This is serious grown-up Lego... stacking, wiring, and bringing life to places that actually matter.
Solar panels, battery banks, inverters; if you know your way around these without Googling wire colours... we want you. And no FIFO. You get to sleep in your own bed, see your dog, and dodge airport parking fees. Miracle!
This team isn’t just supportive; they probably laugh at all your dad jokes (even the electrical ones). Long pipeline of contracts. Decent banter. Real mateship. Innovative builds. And a genuine shot at changing how mining looks at sustainability.
Key responsibilities - Electrical installation and wiring of modular container units (offices, cribs, ablutions)
- Design and install solar PV systems, battery banks, and inverters
- Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and trades to deliver high-quality builds
- Troubleshoot and maintain systems post-installation
What you’ll need: - Australian Citizen or Resident
- A-Grade WA Electrical Licence (the gold standard)
- Sharp schematics reading... even upside down
- Open Driver's Licence
Why apply? Because transforming containers into efficient, sustainable spaces takes more than routine...it takes expertise, vision, and the kind of pride that doesn’t need to shout to be noticed. Here, your craftsmanship shapes futures and earns genuine respect from those who know excellence when they see it.
