What You’ll Be Doing
  • Admin guru duties – keeping files, emails, and documents in perfect order
  • Front of house – you’re the friendly first stop for anyone walking through the door.
  • Client liaison legend – answering queries and making sure clients feel like VIPs
  • Attention to detail matters – preparing financial documents, engagement letters, compliance forms and tax packages
  • Managing client information – databases, records, accuracy… it’s all in your capable hands
What You Bring to the Table
  • Admin experience - ideally in professional services but it's not the be all and end all if you have gained transferable experience outside of this industry, we still want to hear from you!
  • Microsoft Office whiz – Word, Excel, Outlook… you know your way around
  • Tech-savvy – picking up new systems and tools comes naturally to you
  • Communication expert - you navigate conversations with confidence, clarity and professionalism 
  • Organised to a fault – if attention to detail was a sport, you’d be a gold medallist
  • Multitasking pro – you juggle priorities seamlessly without missing a beat
