The Nitty Gritty:

Lead environmental approvals, compliance, monitoring and heritage programs (no clipboard warriors here, bring brain and boots)
Work closely with ops teams and key community folk—relationship building is key with Traditional Owners
Write, review and ignite management plans, procedures and reports, yep, you need to care about the details
Own environmental training, awareness programs and ISO14001 system delivery, build capability, drive best practice
Two-stage interview, and you’ll be trusted to get up to speed fast

FIFO Life:

Perth FIFO, alternating 8:6 and 4:3 rosters. Work hard, get a real break
After hours? It’s remote mining, you know the deal, but they believe in balance not burnout

You Bring:

Degree-qualified (Enviro, Heritage, Archaeology or similar)
5+ years in environmental role (mining/resource sector ideally)
Experience working and/or engaging with traditional owners will be highly beneficial
Solid WA statutory, approvals and compliance experience
Real boots-on-ground experience, traditional owner engagement, compliance programs, heritage surveys
ISO14001 EMS and a knack for procedure writing
A proactive, partnership mindset, this operation is all about team, transparency and driving better outcomes
