Here’s the deal: We’re chasing experienced Drill Fitters who know their rigs and don’t need babysitting. You pick your roster, work day shifts only, and pocket $85 flat per hour. No smoke and mirrors — just solid coin for solid work.

You’ll need:

• Trade qualification
• Solid drill rig and compressor experience (Schramm, Sandvik, UDR, etc.)
• Manual Driver’s Licence (open)
• Police clearance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screening
• Attention to detail and the drive to do things properly

Locations:

• FIFO from Perth – pick your swing
• Kalgoorlie-based – local crews welcome
