What You’ll Be Doing - Keeping the wheels turning – handling client queries and making admin magic happen
- Managing client information – databases, records, accuracy… it’s all in your capable hands
- Paperwork perfection – preparing financial documents, engagement letters, and compliance forms
- Client liaison extraordinaire – responding to queries and keeping communication smooth
- Process improvement guru – spotting inefficiencies and making things work better, faster, smarter
- Master of multitasking – shifting priorities like a pro when the team needs you most
What You Bring to the Table - 2+ years of admin experience – ideally in professional services (bonus points for accounting)
- Microsoft Office whiz – Word, Excel, Outlook… you know your way around
- Organised to a fault – if attention to detail was a sport, you’d be a gold medalist
- Problem-solving mindset – you don’t just do the work, you find ways to do it better
- Cert III in Business Admin? Nice to have, but experience and initiative matter most
