As the Operations/Area Manager you will must have strong business acumen, be able to monitor and maintain financials as well as ensure legislation & regulations are adhered to within each service. Most importantly you will mentor centre managers and their team to support and provide a very high quality of care for the children. You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified with three years plus experience in multi site management and possess very strong business acumen. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
