Life Underwriter Manager (US Life Insurance, Onsite)

Do you have at least 10 years of experience in life insurance underwriting?

Do you have at least 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of life insurance underwriters?

Do you have experience underwriting US life insurance products? (Preferred)

Do you have hands-on experience underwriting both term and permanent life insurance policies?

Have you evaluated medical, non-medical, and financial risks, including reviewing evidence such as APS, EHR, Rx history, MIB, and laboratory results?

Have you been responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, or coaching life insurance underwriters?

Do you have experience developing or improving underwriting processes, quality assurance programs, underwriting guidelines, or automated underwriting rules/workflows?

Are you comfortable spending approximately 50% of your time actively underwriting cases while also leading a team?
