Staff Accountant (US Accounting, WFH)

Do you have at least 3 years of experience in U.S. accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in an outsourced or client-facing environment?

Do you have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) for U.S.-based clients?

Have you managed accounts payable processes for U.S. companies, including invoice review, vendor setup, and payment preparation?

Do you have experience using Bill.com or similar AP/payment platforms for U.S. clients?

Do you have experience supporting month-end close for U.S. entities, including reconciliations and schedule preparation (accruals, prepaids, etc.)?

Do you have a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting principles?

Are you comfortable working within structured processes, approval workflows, and supervised environments?

How would you rate your English communication skills?
