Senior Dispatcher (US Medlical Logistics, WFH)

Do you have at least 3+ years of experience as a Dispatcher supporting US-based logistics operations?

Do you have work experience in the US Logistics or US Medical Logistics industry? (Candidates with only ride-hailing dispatch experience such as Uber, Grab, Lyft, etc. are not qualified.)

Do you have hands-on experience using dispatching software (e.g., TMS, ServiceTitan, OnTime, or similar)?

Do you have experience using GPS, Google Maps, or fleet tracking systems to monitor and dispatch drivers?

Have you managed real-time dispatch operations, including assigning drivers, handling urgent deliveries, and resolving routing issues?

Are you comfortable working under pressure and making quick decisions in a fast-paced logistics environment?

Are you willing to work shifting schedules, including 4-day workweeks (10–12 hours per shift), weekends, and overnight shifts?

Are you comfortable working through your scheduled lunch break when required to respond to emergency dispatch situations?
