Business Development Manager (US Offshore Staffing, WFH)

Do you have 5+ years of B2B sales experience?

Do you have 5+ years of experience selling to US-based clients?

Have you consistently met or exceeded your sales quota as an individual contributor?

Do you have experience selling BPO, offshore staffing, or recruitment services? (required)

Do you have experience generating new business through cold calling, email outreach, or LinkedIn prospecting?

Have you used a CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM?

Do you have experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals?

Are you willing to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time? (can be flexible depending on business needs)
