Commercial Administrator (UK Property Services, Hybrid)

Do you have at least 2 years of experience in commercial administration, construction administration, finance support, or contract administration?

Have you previously supported UK, Australian, or US clients in an offshore/BPO setup?

Are you highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and basic financial tracking/reporting?

Do you have experience handling invoices, purchase orders, valuations, cost reports, or financial documentation?

Have you worked in the construction, property services, engineering, or fire safety industry before?

Are you willing and able to work UK business hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila Time, subject to daylight savings adjustment)?

Do you have experience using ERP, accounting, or job-costing systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coins, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms?

Can you rate your English communication skills, both written and verbal?

Do you have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, Construction Management, or a related field?
