Senior Full Stack Developer - Backend (EU Fintech, WFH)

Do you have at least 5 years of experience working with Python and Django in production environments?

Have you designed or maintained REST APIs used by external clients or third-party systems?

Do you have hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL, including database design or performance optimization?

Have you worked with asynchronous/background processing tools such as Celery or similar task queues?

Do you have experience deploying, scaling, or supporting applications on AWS?

Have you been responsible for monitoring production systems and troubleshooting performance or reliability issues?

Have you collaborated directly with non-technical stakeholders or clients to design or support technical solutions?

Are you comfortable taking ownership of backend architecture and technical decisions rather than only executing assigned tasks?
